How do I start a balloon order?
Please contact us via email. We offer free consultations over the phone. Venue walk-throughs are mandatory in order to provide best service. We recommend creating a mood board of inspiration pictures and giving us a pre-determined budget.
What area do we offer our services?
We offer our services in and around Edmonton, however we are open to traveling for destination events, as long as expenses are paid for.
What is the minimum order for organic balloon decorations?
The minimum order for balloon decorations is $150 for any order. Inquiries can be made for any order below $150. This is before any associated service fees below.
What are the service fees associated with a balloon order?
–Delivery fee + $20 (minimum)
(delivery to venue)
–Strike fee + $20 (minimum)
(dismantling, cleaning and pick-up from venue)
-Installation fee +$20 (minimum)
(installation/rigging of balloon decor, varies based on the decor and venue)
–Rush fee on all orders with less than 10 business days + $50
(clients are responsible for all expedited shipping fees associated with order)
–Early/late set up or strike (6pm to 8am) + $100
-Venue Walk-Through +$50 (minimum)
How long does set-up take?
We have a policy of finishing set-up at least 2 hours before the start of your event. Set-up depends on what kind of balloon decor is ordered but takes a minimum of 30 minutes. & set-up.
Are balloon orders available for pick-up by clients?
Not at the moment.
What is the method of payment that can be used?
Cash, credit cards, cheques, paypal transfers and e-transfers.
What are the payment terms?
A 50% non-refundable deposit is due upon booking to guarantee the order. The remaining balance is due one week before delivery.
How much time does Bellamy Balloons need for an order?
We need at least 10 days in order to provide you with the right colors/kinds of balloons for your event. Anything ordered within 10 days will be subject to rush fees as mentioned above, and desired balloon types/colors/designs are not guaranteed.
How long do the balloons last for?
We use the best quality balloons in the market. Our balloons are air-filled and can last as long as a month in an indoor and stable environment. Balloons subject to the outdoors and helium balloons will not last as long.
What are the rental policies?
Reservations & Payment
Party rental equipment is reserved upon receipt of a signed contract and a 50% deposit.
The full balance of the client’s rental order is due prior to delivery.
72 Hour Adjustment Policy – 72 hours notice to change reservation.
We accept cash, e-transfer, cheque or credit card (with added service fees).
Damage Waiver
A 10% damage waiver is added to all rental contracts and covers accidental damage from normal usage. The damage waiver does not cover shortage, loss of items or damage due to improper or abusive use of items.
Responsibility
Responsibility for equipment remains with the client from the time of delivery until the time of pickup.
Additional charges will apply for lost or damaged equipment.
Cleaning Policy – Please return all items in same condition as received. If equipment does not function properly, notify lessor within 30 minutes of occurrence or no refund or allowance will be made.
Cancellations
100% Cancellation Policy minus balloon expenses (as bespoke balloons are ordered for each order) – 30 Days Notice Required to Cancel
50% Cancellation Policy minus balloon expenses (as bespoke balloons are ordered for each order) – 10 Days Notice Required to Cancel
Waiver and Liability of Release
The client operates/uses the equipment at his/her own risk. The client assumes all risk of injury, illness, damage or loss that might result. Bellamy Ballonos shall not be liable for any damages arising from personal injuries or damage sustained by the client or any minors under their care as a result of any and all activities related to the rental, operation and use of equipment by Bellamy Balloons.
The client agrees that he/she will indemnify and hold harmless Bellamy Balloons for all personal injuries, property damages, or any other damages to any and all third parties as a result of any and all activities related to the rental, operation or use of equipment rented. The client will also indemnify and hold Bellamy Balloons. harmless from any and all claim, actions, suits, proceeding costs, expenses, damages and liabilities, including reasonable attorney’s fees arising by reason of injury, damage, or death to persons or property, in connection with or resulting from the use of equipment.
